How many?

2 of each; Izula, RC3,4,5,6 (one user and one keeper). Most all of the knives I buy in doubles, one to keep and 1 user, cant say why but it works for me :p
 
So far I've got two 5s, two 4s, two Izulas and a Hest. Looking finally get the right one and pick up a 6.

I'm a knifemaker... and my RP RC-3 never leaves my side. I think that says a lot in itself.

I guess it's a shame, but I own no ESEE knives yet... :(
If I happen not to broke anymore in the future the ones I'm digging the most are the izula, the 4 and the 6! :)
