how much for a Rat 3 ?

The longer I loke at the rat 3 on this site and others the more I whant one. how much should I spend on one. I know a spend to much on this site when all can think about buying more knives and what I need to put my kits.

I got my RC-3 from http://www.monstronix.com/ but I am not much help cause they are all sold out at the moment.

If you mean a RAT3, not an RC3, then you can get them for 59 at Brigade Quartermasters or 63 at DLT Trading, IIRC.

I would look around for an RC-3 over the rat 3, much improved I would say.

How so? The only real difference I noted was a modified pommel and a few 10ths of blade length. Am I missing something?

In the same vein, I really like the Rc-4-its competing with a Fallkniven S1 for my next fixed blade.

a really good place to look is on the trading/sales forum on this site. you can get a squealing deal and the people are really good to deal with. plus they usually trade. give it a try.

looks aside with an RC-3 you are getting a better made blade (fit and finish) and a warranty & customer service to beat anything that ontario could ever dream of offering.
