What should i pay for a 50th anniversary 110?
With original box(in ok shape) and some papers?
Just curious

I sometimes avoid value questions but I'm sitting here watching the news and bored. In my opinion, not as much as many ask. You did not specify but if we are talking a "standard" knife, EVERY 110 manufactured in 2014 was a 50th anniversary. That would be a zillion. No more than double what it sold at Walmart for...$30-$35 X 2, FG's a bit more. Now, you do realize there are variations? Two different tang stamps, one without the word BUCK and one with. Probably Dec-Mar for the first. Also, the first 2014 marked blades were released in Dec 2013 without the handle shield. There were other limited variations.

edit... I just did an eBay search for "Buck 110 50th" sold listings and got 59 hits. That might help.

Thanks i learned a lot. Always do on here. I will do that ebay search and check it out. There is one for sale as we speak i was watching to see what it eventually sold for. Thanks a ton!
Oh i asked because the antique store had one for $125 lol.
 
There seems to be a steady supply of the regular handled edition on the bay. Selling in the range of $60-100 or so. I have seen one FG model listed in the last several months, it listed for $90.
 
Yes i just looked. Not sure how you can look up sold items but 50 anniversary search got me 19. Some were very comical in their prices and descriptions. All this made me realize a 50th anniversary model is way low if not off the radar in possible future purchases.
still looking for the transition 4 brass pin that once eluded me.
 
Yes that’s why i lost one i bid on. Wasn’t willing to go too high. Calling it a 5 pin is easier than calling it a 4 brass pin lol
My thoughts on the 5 pin is they didn’t make that many so that puts it in the rare category jmho

At the top right of the eBay page is a Blue box labeled "SEARCH". Just to the right of that Blue search box is the word "Advanced" in rediculously teeny tiny letters.
Click on the word "Advanced" and all sorts of useful search options show up.
 
Seems the one to find is the first run Finger Groove version. The FG version is what i like to carry in 110 or 112 i have both.
