How much money have you invested in khuk's

Not as much as they're worth. :D Probably something in the low thousands.

I'm glad of every dollar I spent with HI, including money toward Ram's tuition. The *bad* side is that HI was a gateway drug to the other forums, notably Busse and the Exchange. Fortunately, Jerry ships a lot slower than Yangdu. ;)

It all started with a DOTD 15" Ang Khola buy, and a few swing to clear some unwanted branches. The collection soon became over a dozen with over $1500 investment.

Since I rarely use any of them, I'll probably sell or trade some and limit my collections to the more collectable ones only.

Cheers,
Ted

Hi again folks,
I just ordered my sixth kuk from Yangdu,I must say that whilst not being a wealthy bloke,I don't care a fig for the cost as any HI Product represents extremely good value for money.
The only problem I've got is that 3 of the 6 have been bought as gifts for other people (sigh)

Invested? ;)

I haven't invested anything. I've bought thirty something tools.

(I'd never add that number up and post it on a public forum. What if the Mrs. googles my butt, and reads such a post?)

Consider the money spent as a religious/goodwill/overseas business development contribution that comes with a "thank you" gift of really, really good knives.

Mike :p

Each blade purchase could be considered an investment in the continued success of HI, something we all have a stake in. :)

(What Mike said.)
