How much should I pay for 2nd gen. 110

I have a chance to buy a 2nd gen. model 110 but have no idea how much to spend? Anyone have any idea , seems to be in very good to excellent shape. Blade stamp buck and usa only, no model number.

There are a ton of factors involving this question!
Does it have the box? Original sheath?
Is the blade original to the handle? Is it the last knife you need to finish your display/collection? Are you buying it to resell? Is it a gift for someone?
If I came across one I would spend about $45.00. My reasons may be different than yours though!

Thanks Jim, gave me a lot more to go on then I had
