These shots were taken the day after Xmas. We then has a wierd bout of 60 degree weather with rain which melted almost all of the snow. We were glad because it was getting cumbersome to find places to put it all. I widened my Dads driveway because they are home from the south for the holidays and I was worried about a 74 year old man moving that much snow.

No snow here. It was over 55 degrees yesterday and I went for a motorcycle ride. :)

I do remember snow like that sometimes growing up near Chicago. Great fun for the kids!

We're slated to hit 46" here in Spokane by the end of December. Haven't shovelled this much since the coal mines in the early '70's...endless.

Today is looking to be even warmer than yesterday, almost 60 degrees already. I'll be taking out the convertible...

I guess people in Michigan don't drive convertibles or motorcycles year-round?

We have a foot or two of snow . I think it is a little less than average.
We are having our first real cold spell. it is now -35 and supposed to stay that way most of the week.

It was 30° here at noon with 6" of snow on the ground. The TV news a couple of days ago said that Silverton, CO got 196" in December.

Our land in Maine has about 42 inches while down in Massachusetts we have nothing now that so many rainy and warm days have passed. We had about 30 inches in some places.

None in San Diego.
Currently scheduled to get snow during the next ice age.

No snow currently here in sunny Birmingham, just a bone-chilling east wind.

The most snow I can ever remember round here was around 10-12" and that was in the late 70's. I've seen snow drifts on the road about 8-9 feet high up in Scotland though!

This past weekend, it got all warm... rained like absolute Noah's Ark time for about 24 hours. All the snow and ice melted. The downside? about 1 month's worth of two dogs poopin' and nobody picking it up. Spent a chunk of yesterday afternoon pooperscoopin. Now... I'm hoping it will snow again, I miss it.

We've gotten almost two inches so far this winter. It lasted almost twelve hours. That's actually a lot for us.

None yet.:thumbdn::grumpy:Fortunately, I'm headed to CO in a few weeks for some skiin'. I might just get lost in the woods;).

No snow here.

Global warming strikes again.

I only had to plow once, had enough snow to keep things covered with lots of Ice that doesn't plow.

I love the snow house on the side. My kids would love snow I generally like it warmer.
