I carry three with me all the time. (Thank goodness for horizontal belt sheaths!)

1) Victorinox SwissChamp XLT
2) Leatherman Crunch
3) Leatherman Mini-Tool

This combination gives me everything I could ask for, including pairs of pliers or screwdrivers as needed.

To be honest, I also carry a Swiss-Tech Utili-Key on my keychain as an emergency backup. Given its size and weight I'm not sure why anyone doesn't carry one. :)

I carry two PryBabies, one large with wood overlay and one keychain sized one every day. I used to carry a Gerber 400 quite a bit but haven't had it lately. I also like the little SOG CrossGrip and the little Schrade Scissor tool, forget the name.

For novelty I will occasionally carry the Kershaw Switchplier and I always have a Swiss Utilikey on my keyring which I rarely use. My old Leatherman resides in my toolbox drawer within easy reach of my assembly bench and I use it a lot. I guess you could say that I'm a multitool kind of guy.

Hmmm, I should have read the thread before voting "seven days a week". I lump multitools together with SAKs in the same category and always have one or the other. Workdays its always a multitool, usually Juice S2. Weekends its usually an SAK Tinker or FieldMaster, but sometimes the Juice, Wave, or Micra depending on what I'm doing and wearing. I think my answer meets the spirit of the poll, but maybe not the word...;)

Good poll!

I always have my go bag with me, and it sits in my top pouch there, so it's always within reach. I always have my old "trim" 3 blade on me

I've cut Pennies (or...um...things that look like Pennies that I'm sure was not official US currency) with both models. Yes, it will stress the tool to the point it did need some work, but dang it, it's cut 'um clean in half!

To answer your question, either will cut just fine! :)

I carry my LM Wave 7 days a week. It's attatched to my keyring. It replaced a Kuboton I've carried since the mid '80's. After the Wave came out the Kuboton was retired. Reason being the Wave was/is far more useful to me.:)

I carry a Pulse in my briefcase at work and a Micra in my pocket. My go bag always around either in my vehicle or house with me has a Swisstool and Cybertool 34.

SWESS TECH utility key and micro marine plires on keyring always.Used to carry my SOG PARATOOL or TOOL CLIP but dont anymore on a daily basis.

I carried a PST II for several years, and now I carry a Wave. Great tool! I still carry the PST II sometimes, but the Wave does the job most of the time. I wouldn't mind getting a Sog Powerplier someday, those look neat, too.
I wouldn't know what to do without a multitool. I use it at work almost every day. I do carry a SAK Explorer alot of them time, and combined with my Wave, I feel very prepared (for what, I don't know. But when it happens, I should be ready :D ).

Leatherman Supertool 7 day's a week for year's, save's me going to the tool box.Mine has traveled all over Asia and the US, just came back from a cruise to the Caribbean and found use's on board the first day.My stepdaughter has taken it on trip's to Europe and South and Central America. Coupled with her SAK she say's it's handled every job the Desert, jungle & urban area's have thrown at her.Her trip's are hikeing and not 5 star hotel's

Seven days a week.

Office wear: Leatherman Juice C2

In the woods, hiking, etc.: Leatherman Juice XE6

Key Chain : LM Micra
Back Pack (Work) : LM Wave with Adapter
Car : LM Paulse
Bed room : LM Super tool with Adapter

Only for camping, hiking and on rare occasions that I decide to carry only one knife which is almost never. Also the swiss tool I have is a bit too heavy for carrying all day on campus and have it smash into ppl in hallways all day on my way from class to class. It hurts after the 10th person of the day to bump into you in the hall.

I carry a multitool 6 days a week, exept from SHABAT- saturday.
I have a deep complex with multitools. I want all the variation within a basik EcoLine-sak. so I always change back and forth. but despite all the great tools out there, I'm only attached to my little red scaled sak. by the way I've found the the three layered sak's to be the of maximum thickness for comfortable pocket carying, which is the only way to go, if you whant to be emotionally attached.

I only carry one when I'm a good distance from my home or car (like when hiking, camping, or site-seeing on foot or on bike).

I did carry a SAK everyday everywhere not too long ago, but lately I've replaced the SAK with an Old Timer 12OT.

My multi-tool of choice is the Leatherman PST (very handy without too much weight and bulk).

Favorite SAKs: Victorinox Cadet and Wenger Backpacker.

Good luck,
Allen.
