How often do you check the Buck web Specials?

It's a hit and miss thing for me. I hit the site every now and then and miss all the good stuff every time....:(

Depends on your perspective. From my perspective, not often enough. From my wife's perspective, too darned often.

I always make a minimum $50 purchase just to get free shipping and this has forced me to buy knives I otherwise would not have any interest in. This often leads to some interesting surprises. On my last order I was after a large Vantage Select with charcoal Dymondwood scales. To 'even-up' the order I tossed in an Odyssey, something I normally would not have an interest in. When I got the order and got the two knives in-hand my preferences switched. My reaction to the Vantage was 'meh'; the scales just do not feel right. The Odyssey, however, feels wonderful in the hand and is fast becoming one of my favorites.
 
I'd say weekly for the most part. From searching old posts it seemed that new Web Specials were being listed "approximately" every three months so I was checking more frequently, make that daily when it got about time for new ones but that average doesn't seem to apply any more.
 
Everyday and sometimes multiple times per day. If I see a new addition or two, I check back every few hours. I noticed the last time they added knives, they didn't all appear on the page at the same time. They were added off and on during the day and even in to the next day.
 
I'm not sure really, I don't really keep track.

I can tell you that I just checked it after reading this thread though.
 
Only ever checked them once! Turns out that the shipping to Canada is $30, so that offsets any real savings for me... Too bad, I was so tempted to buy $50.00 worth and get the free shipping until I realized that only applied to US addresses!
 
I started checking it every few days, I missed out on some great 110s that if I had known about, they would be with me today. I really want me a Bone and Nickel Silver 110, and just about any 110 to be honest. I hope Buck does some more cool runs of the 110 so they can get more of my Cash.
 
Proably 2-3 times a month just to see if anything is new if I havent heard anything here.
