How often have you used your warranty?

I fully agree with you :), so I did not ask for a replacement. I wanted to know where and how you can buy some parts))))

Well, they should have answered that for you and if they didn't then that is poor customer service.
 
I haven't really broken any knives... Only warranty returns I've had were to fix issues centering issues or wobbly blades on folders. Not too many of these either.
