About 2x a year for my large and 3-4x a year for my small. More for my small because I carry it clip-less in my right front pocket where it picks up more lint and junk. These days I have been moving more into a quick rinse under running water, air blow dry, and a drop or two of Nano-oil as a quick solution. One thing I have learned that when I'm doing a full dis-assembly I use just a very slight amount of the CRK lube otherwise it does tend to come out stiff for a while. One thing to mention is that I carry my large and small Insingos more than any other knife.
