Back in 2015, a thread was posted here on the Porch asking members how old they were. I didn't post it, but I found the thread fascinating and enjoyed reading it -- and since it wasn't a poll, and the data needed collating, I collated it and posted periodic updates. (Here's the last update I made.)
I was sitting here thinking about age today -- getting older, watching my daughter grow up, that sort of thing -- and I remembered that thread. It seemed like enough time had passed to warrant reprising the idea, this time with a poll. Hopefully the mods are okay with this thread.
The new forum software allows a maximum of 10 options for a poll, so I played around with different age brackets until I found what seemed like a good spread of years -- six -- between choices. To help folks feel comfortable about sharing their age, I set the votes in this poll to be private; everyone can see the results, but not who voted for which age group.
I'll out myself as being 40 years young.
