How old is this knife?

Does anyone know how old this Swiss army knife is. I can't find anything in a search. Thanks for any info.

I looks like an early ribbed Cadet II. At least 20 y.o, probably more.

Victorinox tang stamp or Elinox stamp? These older straight ribbed cadets were heavily produced and sold in the 1980's but these were also sold under the Elinox brand name also but older still from the 1970's to the late 1960's.
