Maybe it has to do with how she came to join Busse. Maybe when she waited on Jerry at that restaurant, she demonstrated how the restaurant's knives weren't sharp at all by poking everything with them.

Amy, is, and will always be number 1. Possibly 2 and 3 too just because her awesomness is too great to contain in 1 number alone.

Pokey, continue being awesome! I do agree with the Pocahontas idea. My wife is quite native lookin as well. She actually used to dress as Pocahontas for little kid bday parties! Badass!
