How sharp are your EDC blades?

I keep my daily EDC highly refined and scary sharp and very rarely need to touch it up, but I have to admit that I don't use it for much more than cutting fruit, zip ties, etc. I'm not a hard user. If I used my EDC regularly for tough jobs, I'd probably leave it much coarser and touch it up more often.
 
Unless I'm tinkering, I shoot for 600-800grit (1200-2k JWS) for EDU. Should be able to cleanly shave arm hair and just shave some facial stubble while having good bite. A nice mix or pressure cutting and draw cutting. When tinkering, and I've been doing a lot of that lately, that standard goes up to about 12-1500 (approx 4k JWS) - capable of tree topping leghair with some authority. This is also the edge I make for my chef's knife and machetes, any tool that will be used for pressure cutting or chopping instead of draw cutting. I generally do not go above this if I intend to use the knife as a tool.
 
Either how they came out of the box, or how sharp I can get them on my Sharpmaker, which is enough to cut through newspaper but not enough to shave with. I'm still learning.
 
I use the Sharpmaker as well, it's a great tool. Not sure if I want / need to upgrade, even after months of use. Might pickup the ultra-fine stones instead.
 
I keep my edc blades hair popping but don't mirror polish them anymore. When I first learned to sharpen I would put a mirror polish on everything but after a while I realized that although it looked pretty it wasn't worth the effort on a user knife. So these days I just touch up on a fine or extra fine diamond hone and finish with a few strokes on a strop loaded with white compound.
 
I get mine shaving sharp, sometimes a little more. I like when people ask to use my knife and say, "Damn that's sharp, I cut myself." That way I can reply with a Duh, never could shave with a dull knife.
