I just recently got my first Kwaiback after having admired them from afar for a long time. The first time I flipped it, I was amazed at how well it flipped without having a painstaking detent on it.
However, I noticed immediately that there was a fair amount of lock rock. I found that if I cranked down the pivot, the lock rock went away but then it wouldn't flip nearly as well, no matter how much I adjusted the detent in or out. I tried adjusting the knife for well over an hour trying various things and just cannot get it to be smooth with no lock rock.
I know I read about a few people talking about theirs falling closed under its own weight, and I know for sure mine will not do that under its current state of affairs. Am I missing something, or is this in need of a trip back to Jake?
How is the action on your Kwaiback?
