how thick does the liner lock on the AR/GB actually measure?

I have never actually handled a strider folder and these may be unnecessary questions once you get to hold one, but how thick does the liner lock on these actually measure? and is the liner lock completely recessed between the handle scales, so that the meat of your fingers in a white knuckle grip, while torquing counter-clockwise couldn't disengage/compress the liner lock? And finally, if an AR/GB did fold on you (we all know the only name out there that's more legendary than Strider is MURPHY), does the front finger choil hit your index finger like a bump stop and keep the sharpenned edge from reaching the rest of your favorite fingers?

Thanks for the help (obviously I'm just looking for a good reason to get get one)

1-Liner 0.0955"
2-Will not disengage.
3-Doubt you will loose fingers but index smashed.

It is a Tank!!

I just measured the locking liner on my Strider GB. It is .095 thick ! Trust me when I say you can not accidently unlock this knife with a death grip. If you had that God like grip, the choil would smash into your index finger, thus preventing your hand from getting cut. I never thought of that before you mentioned it but the choil serves a dual purpose on this knife. It is a superb folder! It is a tank that carries easily. As huge as it looks, it feels light and nimble in the hand. When doing finer cutting, chocking up onto the choil really gives you finer control.
