How times have changed

Cindy!!! I told the kid that I would race him in the 1/4 mile with my Indian. But he would have to give me a bikes length for ever difference in age. Lets see my bike is a 1947 and his a 2005. So that would be 58 bike lengths. I wonder how many bike length in a quarter of a mile??????

Bro!!! Eating that I am surprised that you only have three chins. HEHEHEHE!!!!
PS: When are you getting your Lard Ass down here for a visit??????:D

Soon as I can, Bro. I'll give you a holler next week. I just took a piss test for a new job and waiting to hear back on that, and sign the papers. I just need to tidy that little part of my life up before I can make a run down your way for you to corrupt me some more. I wont have to report for work until after their plant 2-week shutdown, which is July 16th so maybe some time between now and then. All I need is a comfy chair to crash in if I drink too much tequila! ;)

You gonna make me sleep outside in YOUR neighborhood? Some friend YOU are! Then again, you are the most-dangerous badass mofo down there, so I'll probably be as safe as a babe in arms. Like anyone would even want to trespass on YOUR property. If I get too hammered and pass out, just tie me to a tree so the dogs dont drag me out into the street.

We gonna have some sardines? I'll bring the tequila!

Hehehe 883 HD sportster converted to dirt = burnt rice.

Holy crap, Jimmy, that is cool beans bro. Looks like it'd be the hotness on a scramble, but definitely not in the hills or singletrack stuff. Did you do the conversion yourself? Looks like different shocks in the back. I'll bet you could mod that with an aluminum swingarm off a KDX and a monoshock. TELL ME MORE! What do you have for wheels? Were they custom-made or from another bike?

MORE MORE MORE! NEED INFO!

I'll give you the whole story :). My father owns a mom and pop HD shop. When I was 8 years old I got my first dirt bike. We started going places to ride, and my mom and dad wanted to ride to. So my dad traded an HD front-in for a Yamaha 100 for my mother, and he took this 883 sportster, which was wrecked, and built his own dirt bike.

About the bike: Those shocks are about 3-4in. taller than the stock shocks are on an HD sportster. If I remember correctly it took him a while to find them. I don't exactly know the dimensions or where he got the rims from, but I can find out. I remember the first time he took it out the rear tire would dig in so much it would spin around the rim and break off the valve stem. We had to bolt the tire to the rim.

Sadly this bike is going to be converted back to street. However, it's for a good reason; It's going to be my first street bike. I still hate to see it go, but I'll make sure to save the dirt stuff just in case.

p.s.: We also have the 1200 kit for it :) :).
