How to adjust frame lock?

I have custom knife and the lock does not push hard enough against the blade so the blade moves up/down a bit when the knife is open. The lock is quite thick so I am not really worried that it would close but... I still would like to fix it. The frame is Titanium and I tried to bend the lock (I took the knife apart) but I am not able to bend it more... What else can I do?
