How to embed table?

Is it possible to embed a table copied from excel, or a pdf? (it's not big, 9 rows by 5 rows).

Turn it into a graphic. We don't allow HTML because of the security problems.

You know, in the 15 years or so that I've been using computers, I've never known about Alt+ PrintScreen. I always wind up using PrintScreen by itself and cropping things out lol.

But a quick screenshot should do the trick for embedding a table.
