How to figure the date of a Uncle Henry & Old Timer Knives?

My Wife's Grandfather left me a whole bunch of knives which include a whole bunch of Old Timer, Uncle Henry, Buck, Swiss Army, & Kershaw Knives. I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to figure out what the manufactured date of my knives.
