how to find all post by a certain user?

if your looking for a certain post, and ya know who posted it a while back, ya go to their profile and click find all posts/threads by this user. but when i do this, i get a message saying i cant do this. i assume its for paid members only, so i was wondering what level member you have to be to do this? i am also wanting the pm option as well, and want to be sure i get the right membership level. thanks for any info :thumbup:
