How to find/change your registered e-mail?

I haven't used the e-mail address that I registered to join this site in so long I have actually forgotten it. I have looked through my profile but I can't find the address or a way to change it.
 
Go to User CP and down the left side to Settings & Options and find Edit Email & Password.

You will be asked for your password. Then skip the next section which is for editing the password. The second section allows you to input a new email. DO NOT USE A VERIZON EMAIL ADDRESS!
 
Thank you. I figured I must have overlooked at least one menu and it turns out I did.
