I know you are new. I get it. We all were at some point. Please use the search function to find things like this. It is there for a reason.

Any google search can be followed by the term "site:insertwebsidehere.com" to search only for results on that website. For example, searching for "knife site:bladeforums.com" will return results for the term "knife", but only from the domain bladeforums.com. Use this with websites like britishblades.com, knifedogs.com, dfoggknives.com, and a multitude of others to find more specific results than you would find with non-domain limited searches.

Finally, Youtube is an excellent source for knowledge. As an added bonus, it is often video

Depends on who you ask. If you ask someone schooled in hand file learnings you'll get a way to make a folder or knife from scratch without even really needing electricity all that much if at all. If you ask someone schooled in 20th and 21st century learnings it may be sitting down learning CAD and DXF exchange and various printing and stamping/machining techniques to draw up your own designs and contract then with a Kevin John in the world to make them for you to your exact specs and do them that way. Just depends on which school you attend I suppose.
