Illegal hunting or fishing is called blackhunting or blackfishing.

.....that's one of the most asinine things I've heard today. Not to disparage your government, but WTF?
 
Well, I know what you mean. But this state of law is already the same since I live.

So for us (germans) it´s the usual way to fishing or hunting... a lot of ways to the authorities.

It's like that throughout much of Europe. The same rules that Andi explained applied to fishing in Scotland when I was stationed there in the 1960s. A person could own a piece of land that a stream or river ran through and not have fishing rights to the stream or river even though that person owned the land on both sides of the stream or river. If someone that didn't have fishing rights got caught fishing, they would be tagged with heavy fines and maybe even jail time.

As to opening knives, I go the route that Frank goes -- carry a traditional and a one hand opener. Oh, and a Leatherman Juice in a sheath on my belt.
