It really depends on what matterials and how it was made. If it was put under a vacuum untill all air & voids were removed & then the vacuum removed you might get it to work. Just start wet sanding it, start with 320 and progress up to 2000
then use a automotive buffing compound with a clean bonnet or wheel. If that does not get done. Go to tap plastics and get their 4 to 1 epoxy, mix the epoxy very accuratly, using a small artist paint brush aplie one heavy coat, you can hold it under a heat lamp or use a heat gun to warm it up, that will speed the cure time and it will lay down smoother.
