how to polish titanium liners

i have a couple of knives and the lners are titanium, how do i go about polishing the liners? i have a dremel tool if that helps
can u just use a high grit sandpaper?

I wonder if no one answered because they weren't sure if the knife was apart or not? Rubbing the liners on progressively finer grits of sandpaper on a very flat surface (glass, don't round the liner edges) with water or a lubricant of sorts will shine them up somewhat. Did you click search yet and type in polishing Titanium?

I start with 400, then 600, then 800, then 1000, and lastly 2000 grit. I then put on a buffer with green chrome and then move to no scrath pink. It polishes very well this way.
