How to post avatar in my profile

You need to a paid membership to get an avatar.
 
If you are talking about the avatar picture that appears by your username in your posts, you need a paid membership to have one. A profile picture that only appears on your profile page is another matter, and should be accessible through the menu on the left side of the page when you click on "Settings" at the top of the page.
