There are two ways: If you purchase a Knifemaker membership (Aren't you a knifemaker?) the cost is $40 a year, and allows you to post resized (under 100kb?) photos right from your hard drive to the forum software. It's a great deal, and it helps support the site.
Second method: Use an outside photo host: (Imageshack.com, Photobucket.com, Fototime.com etc), and then link to your hosted photos from within the post with the tags. Or from your website...
