How to post pic's to ask questions or if i want to sell a knife?

As a paying member, you can upload pictures as attachments, although file size is slightly limited if you're hoping to load high definition macros. When making a post, make sure you're in Advanced mode, and you can upload by hitting the Manage Attachments button.
