First you need to post your picture on the web, either on your own web page or one of the free Internet hosting sites like PhotoPoint. Then follow the directions here to either link to your picture or post it directly on the forum. There's more info in the FAQs. Hope this helps.

Besides Photopoint, a lot of ISP's give their customers a few megabytes of space for a personal web page. If you don't want to create one - even a "Hi there - These are my favorite hobbies and pic of my dog!" sort of page, you can still create an "images" directory there, upload pictures using the file transfer program you can probably download via your ISP's site, and then point to the images with a or [img] command pair.
