How to reach www.eknifeworks.com costumer service?

Just wondering if it’s possible to reach eknifeworks costumer service by any means except phone?


When lining in USA I made several orders with them, and taking into account they good price everything went ok. (one of the orders were 3 weeks late, but in general everything ended good)

Now I’m living in Europe. On the eknifeworks site I found info that they ship internationally, but first I need to e-mail them about shipping price, using special e-mail address. I e-mailed them 3 times and got no answer. Then I tried regular e-mail the same luck. Anyone can advice me how to contact them (being abroad phone isn’t an option)

It's look like they don't want to answer outside-USA (as I know USA residents havn't this problem) e-mails. The last reply I've received was about 2 years ago. In what period they were replying sometimes.:mad:
