How to remove thumb studs on buck

I have a new Buck 112 slim with two thumb studs (one on each side of blade) that I wish to remove. They don't seem to unscrew. Any way to remove them except dremel?

lol, mine fell off.
Anyway, they're definitely pressed on so grab some pliers and a vise and pull...or something else of the same idea, whatever makes you comfortable.

You can file them off. Pad the blade in a vise at the choil and file. After you thin it down it can be removed. DM
