How to sharpen a leather edger

It depands on what type of edger you have?? if it is flush on the bottom just strop it on a charged leather strop. If it has a groove running along the bottom then you will neet to find a hone that will fit in the groove. Good luck,

I take a piece of vegtan leather that is the same width as the slot and coat it with rouge - then strop. Weaver Leather sells a sharpener that will fit the various edgers which is essentially the same idea.
