Hi, I plan on purchasing my first Strider SNG DGG within the next few weeks. Are there any flags or signs I should look for to ensure I'm getting the real deal and not a clone/fake/copy?

No strider expert here, but I'd be willing to bet the best thing you can do to ensure you dont wind I p with a fake would be to purchase it from a reputable dealer.

+1 of the above posts. Some fakes out there for striders as well as CRK and other high end blades look too close to the real thing in pictures I've seen. The real deal is still relatively easy to spot in person though... ;)

Fakes/Counterfeits/Copies suck. :thumbdn::mad:

I was thinking about that. Paying a little extra for piece of mind might just be worth it.

I'm no expert but
I'd look at the pivot hard most of the fakes have a wierd one most of all though buy from a dealer that you know/has good reputation
