How to Spot a Fake

I could verify the authenticity of your knives, if you like. Just send them to me. :) For some reason, if they turn out to be fakes, I can make sure that they never again see the light of day. I offer this service for free.

I do it for the children--all those poor children who are unsure about the authenticity of their Battle Mistresses.

For those in the know you might look under the slabs.
You mean as in take it apart?
Has there really ever been a Busse fake that was THAT good that disassembly was necessary?
Also, I'm pretty curious now, what is there underneath the slabs?

If you have to ask you wouldnt understand

:p

For under the slab secrets you got to suffer, either by taking them apart and knowing what to look for,(and Paying to get them put back together) or by getting Jerry drunk enough to tell you. (Not Cheap or fast or easy) just call it a security feature to costly to learn for others to bother trying to copy!!

No way that info ever gets made public, Hell, Jerry may hunt me down for saying that it was ever used,if in fact such a thing ever did exist.

Get out your "Secret Decoder Rings"

Remember taking off the slabs on purpose NOT Covered under warrenty

If you take them off and do not know what to look for you have wasted both time and money(Jerry is both smart and sneaky about how to tell what is his work) :p
