It's done the same way you stonewash anything else. Exact procedure depends on the desired results.
I'd suggest looking at YouTube for specific finishes.
Basically you just need to tumble it in some sort of media. Could be ceramic stones or gravel and can be done in a tumbler or in a plastic peanut butter jar wrapped in an old t-shirt tossed into a tumble dryer.
Basically you can put the clip in a plastic container (like an empty coffee can or peanut butter jar) with some stones. There is actually ceramic media made specifically for this but it's not necessary.
Fill the container about 1/4 full of stones. Some people add a small amount of water or WD-40.
Secure the lid. Shake the container or place it in a clothes dryer. I would tape a towel or two around the container before using the clothes dryer.
Check the clip to see the progress. Keep going until it looks the way you want.
