How to take apart a SOG Trident?

And is the locking mech supposed to be loose? when i shake the knife i can faintly hear the switch.. also when knife is closed it can be move easily with no resistance. and when knife is open it still can move a little to the left.

And BTW Just to confirm this is genuine right?
