How to upgrade?

Ok I give up. Just renewed my Gold membership and frustrated trying to figure out how to change my membership rating. Info appreciated and yes I am probably a dunce for not being able to figure it out. keepem sharp and thanks
 
Nope the only thing I get is Group email thing for bounced email, nothing else. keepem sharp and thanks
 
It may take a few days to process, especially if you paid w/ paypal. I think it took about three days w/ my membership upgrade. When the new Gold membership was effective it happened automatically. I didn't have to go to the userCP it just happened.

You should see the following choices after the bounced email thing:

You may choose to be identified as a member of the following groups
User Group User Title
Default Registered User Identify me as a member of this group
Gold Member Gold Member Identify me as a member of this group

There's a radio button to select the one you want. If you don't see the Gold Member listed then it likely hasn't updated or there is some kind of snafu going on. Good luck with it.
 
spark hasnt made the change yet. when you can click your name and see "send private message to longbow" on the drop down menu, you're upgraded and need to change your usergroup to gold member.

Service & Support for all Bladeforums systems questions.

richard j is right: when your drop-down menu shows private messaging, then you can make the change.

I think Spark may be taking an occasional weekend off. :)
 
I have this same problem, but no one want to hear me complain about not having a service I paid for 96 hours ago? I guess that is kind of like "up to 72".
 
imaginefj, please post your own thread about it in S&S so Spark can focus on it as a separate issue.
