I consider all those pretty stout knives that I use hard.

I'm considering a ZT0450 but wondered if they are typical ZT tough or more of a gentleman's knife along the lines of the Gayle Bradley. (which is no slouch)

Thoughts?

I have both the TI and CF. They are both Pretty good for the size and weight. Ti did not feel stronger then CF in this case, rather felt pretty equal. Does not really have heft feeling of the regular zt, but close. It has never left me wondering if I was going to break it in half by any means.
We all define the word hard use differently, so honestly cannot answer that question on your behalf, but it would suit most of my EDC roles.
If you are looking for a hefty feeling knife, might not fit the bill for you. I love this knife due to the size and weight, and most likely the target market for those looking for lighter carry.
The zt 0566 was ss body, also most likely 2x the weight of 0450.
Here is a size reference pic, pm2, & 0450.

Thanks...
Ya, toughness and hard use are subjective. I listed those knives because they are in the rotation and I use them without worrying about them.
The 0450 looks more "gentlemanly" for a ZT but hey, theres times when thats appropriate.

I'll probably get one I just wanted some opinions from people that own them.

The Gayle Bradley is an absolute beast. The ZT0450 is in a completely different category, maybe with the BM 940. Even then, it feels daintier IMO, and the handle is a little restricting for large hands. The lock gave out on mine (my fault) and caused me 4 stitches. I don't use it anymore :/

Hard use as others said is 100% subjective. Hard cutting/prying/chopping? too many variables, plus any knife in the hands of a fool will break.

Construction wise it's strong enough, but a frame locks are built more for convenience than hard use. A Tri-ad or axis lock is better if you judge a knife by it's weakest link. It's a nice knife tho.
