how well do you take care of your knife???

I wipe off the blood, cut another notch in the handle, and put it back into the sheath...

EDC - If I've eaten food with it, I'll wipe the blade with a napkin or my pants when I've finished. If I've cut tape with it and there is residue on the blade, I'll wipe it off with either lighter fluid or WD-40. If I've done a lot of cutting I'll give it a few swipes on a strop. Once a week I might touch it up on a Sharpmaker. The pivot gets oiled when it needs it. The edge get's sharpened on an EdgePro perhaps twice a year.
