how will i know when gold is applied

i purchased my gold mamber status but have no clue what to change. i did look for it and have not found much help. i also realize spark is at shot, i just wonder if i get a pm or???

If you paid by credit card through the automated system, it should be active now. If you went through PayPal, it has to be done manually and will have to wait until Spark gets time, probably after SHOT. Click on UserCP up on the top bar, then click on group memberships under Networking. If the Gold Member group is there, click the dot that says Identify me as a member of this group and save. Poof, you're golden.

i dont have that option so i guess im still waiting on spark. thanks for the quick reply.

if you want to see if he has switched you yet, click your name and see if you can send a pm to yourself, if so you are switched but will need to follow the directions yablanowitz posted to complete the switch.
