• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

I have this old blade that has some stains on it. I don't know if this is gunk in the rough finish, stains in the metal or corrosion. I was thinking I would use toothpaste and an old toothbrush. This was my EDC for a good amount of time but I haven't carried it in 5 years or so.

Try the toothbrush and toothpaste.
If that doesn't remove it, use Barkeeper's Friend scouring powder. Mix it into a paste with water, and put an even coat of the paste all over the blade. Let is set for a few minutes, and rinse. Repeat if necessary.
