How would you go about Integral build

Yup, I chuck up the round tang after I've fit the handle to it, and spin it with a file cutting the shoulders. The only part I worry about getting very clean and crisp is the transition from bolster to tang, that way there is no glue line when you glue the handle on.

I'll record a short video when I do this one, I have a few bowies to finish up before I do more work on it but it shouldn't be terribly long.

Here's a good video by the great Ray Kirk showing how he forges and constructs his round tang integrals, with a notch in the tang for the pin to slide through and secure the handle.. basically the exact way you are constructing yours, El Mucho. Although, instead of chucking up the tang in a drill to use as a lathe in order to square up the bolster shoulders (LOL :D ), he does it using his chop saw. LOL, I'm sorry man, but I did laugh after reading your description of chucking the knife in the drill like that :p .. It's actually a good idea that I may steal, but just make sure you don't have too much curve in your blade if doing it that way ;) lol.

These are from his "Trail of Tears" blade series.

Yeah, it can get pretty hairy for sure! I need a chop saw, but I just make do with my drill and a sharp file. I would definitely advise watching the knuckles when spinning it...and if I have to say do it before putting an edge on it...then a Darwin Award could be in the cards...
