I bought a Spyderco Tuff from them over Labor Day Weekend,
but I had missed the reduced sale price announcement. Emailed
them to ask if they could credit the difference to my card and
they did so last week. It's a small thing, but still very awesome
as I was not expecting it. Would definitely buy from them, again.
 
+1 to that. Excellent communication, and individual attention are also their big plus points.
 
I think Howe's is the only place I've bought a new knife in the last couple of years. They're awesome all around. Couldn't recommend them more.
 
Buy almost all my Spydercos from them. Excellent customer service and always have the knives within a couple days.
