I bought a para 2 from howes on 11/29 well the knife was shipped promptly, but no tracking info every showed...Until today I contacted Mr. Howe yesterday and he told me to be patient, well today all the tracking info is up and a note saying my package was returned to sender. I contact Mr. Howe and told him and we went through some steps to see what had went wrong, he shipped the knife to the correct address(I moved a few months back but changed my address and have bought several knives since) Paypal has only my current address and Mr. Howe did his part , and shipped the knife to my correct address. So he tells me when he gets the knife back he'll refund me or send me the knife back but that I needed to ask the P.O. what happened to avoid this again if he resends it. So I call the P.O. and give them the tracking info and they tell me the knife was misscanned and it was there waiting on me. I was only about 10 mins away so I went and picked it up, they had told me I could pick it up, or it would be on the truck tomorrow. I told them I'll be there in a minute and went and got my knife, didn't want to risk anything else happening. But point is Jim Howe went above and beyond trying to find the problem and was very patient with me. I was in panic mode and he assured me I would get a refund or the knife either way, which I knew I would I've bought many knives from Howes and will continue to do so. Thanks a lot Mr. Howe and the para 2 is a perfect specimen...Buy with confidence guys I've bought countless knives from Howes and never had any issues , this issue was my carriers goof up. I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything from the Howe's and I also like supporting the small business owner. I can't praise them enough...
