How's Case?

Good news.

Maybe everyone should buy a Case for somebody they have on thier Christmas list. :)

I just bought myself a Bermuda Green Slimline Trapper - does that count? :D;)

My son really likes his black Sodbuster Jr. I'm getting him another Case for Christmas.

I'm getting myself a Christmas (Magician's) Peanut; it'll be my holiday carry from now on. I figure non-knife folk really can't complain about a Christmas themed knife!

But . . . they're all calling . . . ;)

thx - cpr

That`s great news. Just today I received a Case Texas jack and Case Barlow. Just trying to do my part to help, lol.

I just ordered an Amber bone stockman. Trying to do my part.

I've always liked the idea of Case knives more than actual Case knives. But I have to admit that new blue Delrin Sodbuster is really calling to me.

Is that blue delrin Sodbuster available? I saw mention of it and other blue jigged synthetic knives somewhere, but haven't seen them in stock...

I quit buying Buck when they farmed out their work. Sorta like buying a Genuine Chevy to find out the Government made it (oops, I guess they are). I want the actual makers name on the blade.

You do know that only a portion of Buck's product line is made overseas, right?

Let's get this discussion back on track and off China, folks.

Yes I know, but why play silly guessing games? I belive we have enough quality 100% made in America makers so I don't need to send even more money knife business to China.

You are missing out on some quality U.S made products that Buck produces.

The Buck family has been a big part of the knife industry for many years. They care about the products they make, and stand behind them 100%.. Not to mention, most are very reasonably priced.

And last I heard, they are in the process of bringing back most, or all of the products that are now overseas. If you go to their website, the knives that are produced here have an American flag next to them. Not much guessing involved.

By choosing to not support them because they do make a few models overseas, you are choosing to not support one of the few remaining family owned, U.S knife companies. That however is your choice...

I apologize in advance for this post, and being off topic. It just irritates me when people are narrow minded

Okay, let's move on as this thread has pretty much shot its wad now.

We'll do another check-up on Case in the months to come or if I get any interim updates from my friend and point of contact.
