How's Hunting going?

No buck for me this year in PA. Had to settle for a big doe.

It's funny the amount of energy and time I spend getting out every year. You wait and wait. Wiggling your toes to keep them from freezing. Shivering and tired. Finally you get an opportunity and take the shot. The deer drops and you spend the next 8 hours cursing yourself for creating so much work*. :D


We butcher our own deer.
 
OMG ,My wife said the same thing , and I agree, we do our own as well.
Passed some does last day, and the same small 7 pt. I passed 3 times thru out Pa. seasons. settled on a large Coyote .
We figured 2 in freezer from NY, was enough , so why shoot another in Pa.
We got snow over night for last day, was a good finish to our rifle season , saw a lot of deer , Was glad to pass , there thinnng in numbers for lots a reasons here,,A coyote seemed to settle my wants and need100_1080.jpg..
