Peter's. They've done s90v for me a few times and the blades performed exellently. I've only had Texas do A2 and that turned out fine. I've never tried tru-grit. I will say though that Peter's prices have changed a bit so you may want to check out their pricing and send multiple blades in both steels to get your money's worth.
Second for Peters'. I have done quite a few blades now in s110v and s90v and Brad nails it! also Keep in mind Holiday season and pre-BLADE show are always a bit lengthy wait times.
