Hey guys, have a well used and well loved HTC One M7.
This phone has been great to me. It's 32gb and still plenty fast to use as your daily phone or as a really nice backup.
The phone has been used but well cared for the entire time. There has always been a screen protector on it. There is some wear around the edges from being in the pocket during the times I didn't have a case on it.
It will ship without a sim card (you wouldn't be able to use mine anyway), so you just have to take it to a verizon store to get it activated.
Included is the phone, the box, a charger, and I'm pretty sure I have a black case laying around somewhere.
