you'll have to clear that with Voracious LOL
Naomi, thank you, I am a very lucky lady.

Forget the ring, I want to try out the Bolo knife :D Congrats on the wonderful relationship and bond between you two and I'm glad that Jody and you have found happiness.

Bryan, that will have to be cleared with me, so yes, you can and should try out the Bolo.

I used to work at a diamond drill bit manufacturer.

One of their side businesses was jewelry diamonds. You can test a natural diamond to see if it has the right chemical composition to change the color.

I have held pink, purple, canary, and white diamonds as big as 48 carats finished cut weight in my hands!

I have also had a 16 carat diamond go to pieces in my hands!!!!! One of the worst feelings! I ran it on my giant press and when I tapped the cell open, it fell to pieces! (the engineers and owner knew it was going to happen, and thought it would be funny not to tell me in advance!).

Plenty of black diamonds. I should have made my self a tungsten carbide ring with black diamonds when I was there. I could have done it on the cheap!

bet the look on your face was priceless though. I am not a traditional person and the black diamond really appeals to me. Lucky for the hubby, they are less pricey than white diamonds. I've never seen a pink diamond, bet they are real purty. This particular stone's inclusions make it look like the Universe is captured within it, which makes it even more special in my eyes.

Dang... Jodi is setting a bad precedence for the rest of us. I for one stopped buying flowers and jewelry as much ever since I got hooked in Busse.

This is not good. Tell him to cut it out, will ya?

But but but....what practical purpose doe that little bitty stone serve ??? A 1311 or NMFBM... I see the use.... ;):eek:;);):D

you all crack me up!!! and nothing for nothing, we are giving each other the Hawkeye daggers to each other as wedding gifts, hopefully they are ready before our anniversary :D
